The Spanish Tunatradition was introduced in Eindhoven in 1964. Since that moment, Tuna Ciudad de Luz and since 1982 La Tuniña have become an integral part of the street scene in Eindhoven. We annually organize a festival to celebrate this tradition. During this festival we invite many Spanish Tuna groups to Eindhoven to celebrate with us. This year the Tunafestival takes place from 20 to 22 September. You can enjoy the music during the Pasa bares in the city centre on Friday, and during the Saturday and Sunday afternoon at the stage performances on the Marktplein.

To celebrate this wonderful tradition, we organize an annual festival that attracts many Spanish Tuna groups to Eindhoven. This year the Noche de Tuna will take place from September 16 to 17.

La Tuniña, the oldest active Tuna Feminina in the world, is celebrating its 40th birthday. There will therefore be many female tuna groups present to celebrate this.

Enjoy the music on Friday evening at the Pasa Bares in the city center, and on Saturday afternoon at the stage performances in the Wim van Doorne Music Kiosk.
