The Spanish tradition in The Netherlands
In 1964, the Spanish Tuna tradition was introduced in Eindhoven. Since then, Tuna Ciudad de Luz and, since 1982, La Tuniña have become an integral part of the Eindhoven cityscape. To celebrate this beautiful tradition, we organize an annual festival that attracts many Spanish Tuna groups to Eindhoven. This year, the Noche de Tuna will take place on September 15th and 16th. Join us on Friday evening for the music at the Pasa Bares, a musical pub crawl through the city center of Eindhoven, and on Saturday afternoon for the stage performances at the Wim van Doorne Music Kiosk. The festival is free to attend and suitable for all ages.
